• Account Information: If you sign up or log in via Supabase Auth, we store your email address and authentication credentials.
• Saved Listings & Searches: When logged in, your saved apartment listings and search filters are linked to your user account.
• Log & Technical Data: Standard web server request logs, including IP address, browser type, and page access timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used strictly to power your apartment search experience:

• To maintain your account session and saved listings.
• To remember your search preferences and filters.
• To analyze service stability, fix bugs, and improve site performance.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or email address to third-party marketers or property management companies.

3. Cookies & Third-Party Services

We use essential cookies to manage authentication states via Supabase (`@supabase/ssr`).

Map features utilize OpenStreetMap tiles loaded via Leaflet. Loading map tiles makes HTTP requests to OpenStreetMap server endpoints, which may log standard web request information under OpenStreetMap's privacy terms.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated saved listings at any time. You can clear your saved items directly within your profile or contact us to purge your account data.
